Components

How our projects are put together

Setup fee

One-off fee for build, integration, content preparation, editorial guidelines and interface connections. Fixed price for a fixed scope.

Platform fee

Ongoing monthly fee for the HillcrownAI platform: KinderGPT application or API access, editorial system, parent dashboard, audit log and our Multiguard safety layer. A breakdown by usage volume is only itemised explicitly for API delivery.

Optional03

App revenue

The HillcrownAI platform can be monetised via premium subscriptions, prepaid, institutional licenses and bundles. Two models apply depending on the role: licensing shares for brand-rights partners and revenue shares for intermediaries. Terms and shares are agreed individually.

No list prices, but a budget anchor. The final calculation depends on user count, content scope, integrations, moderation requirements and contractually anchored response times.

Basic

6 to 10 weeks, one application case, limited content base, basic dashboard.

Fit for: a provider with one location, a museum with one special exhibition, one festival, one club mascot.

Institution

Multiple roles (admin, parents, teachers), reports, contractually anchored response times, per-location licences (expandable).

Fit for: school authorities with multiple sites, a publisher with a book series, a club with a player roster.

White-label

Own brand, API access, own models, integrations, revenue share.

Fit for: media houses as intermediaries, platforms with their own end-customer relationship, international tourism brands.

Major creator or strong brand figure – brings reach, low setup fee, individual license share of revenue.

Audio-play and book publishers, smaller creators – no advance payment in either direction, proportional license on net revenue.

A publisher or agency builds for their own brand customers on the HillcrownAI platform – proportional participation across all three components.

App as a service tool (e.g. tourism, toy manufacturers, public bodies) – full setup and platform fee, no app revenue.

Sport, FMCG, mascot brand – full setup and platform fee, optional license share when mascot monetisation kicks in.

Partner integrates KinderGPT functions into their own app – medium-to-high setup, volume-based platform fee, additional tier on overage.

Own brand, own domain, own brand presence on the HillcrownAI infrastructure – high setup fee, annual licence, 3-year minimum term.

Multiplier model

How we share with intermediaries

Intermediaries (publishers, advertising and marketing agencies, other partners) bring an end client who would otherwise not have found their way to us. They are included in every contract across all three components – proportional setup, proportional platform fee, proportional app revenue. The exact split is set individually for each brand-client project.
