Prof. Dr. Beate M. Gleitsmann

Professor of Business Administration with a focus on marketing and market research at Rheinische Hochschule Köln. She heads the Media, Marketing & Innovation faculty. Her work combines academic rigour with strong practical relevance - particularly at the intersection of marketing, media, corporate culture, innovation and artificial intelligence. For many years she has supported companies and organisations in deploying AI responsibly, strategically and effectively.
